The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed project to replace the existing Portageville Bridge over the Genesee River in Wyoming and Livingston Counties, New York, with a modern rail crossing.
