City of Marianna to Release Airport Properties from FAA Agreement

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is releasing 28.18 acres of airport property in Marianna, Florida, from certain conditions and restrictions, allowing the City of Marianna to dispose of the land for non-aeronautical purposes. The release is part of a swap with the FAA to acquire 57.81 acres of land needed for aeronautical purposes, with the FAA valuing the released parcel at $200,000 and the received parcel at $159,000.
