Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities, Revisions to Incident and Annual Reports for Gas Pipeline Operators

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is revising six forms related to gas pipeline operators, in response to public comments, and will submit the revised forms to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
