Federal Transit Administration Waives Buy America Requirement for Minivans

The Federal Transit Administration has granted a waiver to the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization to purchase minivans for its VanGo program, exempting them from the Buy America final assembly requirement due to non-availability, with a limit of 25 vehicles to be purchased by December 31, 2014.
