PHMSA Requests Comments on Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness (HMEP) Grants Information Collection

PHMSA is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection related to HMEP grants, which must be submitted to Congress annually to comply with the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The information collection will require detailed accounting and description of grant expenditures by recipients.
