FSA Revises Regulations for Marketing Assistance Loans and Loan Deficiency Payments

The Farm Service Agency is updating the Marketing Assistance Loan and Loan Deficiency Payments programs for various crops, including wheat, soybeans, and cotton, as required by the 2014 Farm Bill, with minor changes to loan rates and program regulations.
