USDA Adopts New Assessment Rate for Texas Valley Citrus Committee

The USDA has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for Texas Valley Citrus Committee from $0.16 to $0.11 per 7/10-bushel carton of oranges and grapefruit, effective for the 2014-15 fiscal period and beyond.
