Rural Utilities Service Announces Household Water Well System Grant Program Application Deadlines and Funding for Fiscal Year 2015

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) is opening the application window for its Household Water Well System Grant Program, which provides up to $11,000 in grants to private non-profit organizations to support homeowners in constructing or repairing household water wells in rural areas with limited access to clean water, with a focus on areas with high poverty rates, lack of basic sanitation systems, and drought-stricken regions.
