Rural Business-Cooperative Service Amends Regulations for Debt Settlement

The Rural Business Service is updating its rules to allow its Administrator to settle debts in its revolving loan programs, bringing consistency with existing regulations in other programs, while maintaining compliance with federal debt collection laws.
