Santa Fe National Forest to Analyze Geothermal Development Impact

The US Forest Service will prepare an environmental impact statement to assess the potential effects of geothermal development on 194,910 acres of the Santa Fe National Forest in New Mexico, with a decision on leasing expected to be made soon.
