NRCS Amends Water Bank Program Regulations to Include Lands Owned by Indian Tribes

The Natural Resources Conservation Service is making a non-controversial change to the Water Bank Program regulations, allowing lands owned by Indian Tribes to be eligible for enrollment, as part of a recent amendment to the existing rules.
