USDA Amends Cotton Research and Promotion Program Rules for Sign-up Period

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has updated the rules and regulations for the sign-up period of the Cotton Research and Promotion Program, allowing eligible producers and importers to request a continuance referendum on the 1991 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Order, as part of the 1990 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Act.
