Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Over-Snow Vehicle Designation in Stanislaus National Forest

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposal to allow over-snow vehicle use on NFS roads, trails, and areas in the Stanislaus National Forest, as well as identify snow trails for grooming and establish snow depth guidelines for OSV use.
