US Government Corrects Error in Biorefinery Assistance Program Rule

The US government has corrected an error in the interim final rule for the Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance Program, which was published in the Federal Register on June 24, 2015, and incorrectly stated an effective date that does not match the date specified in the rule.
