Approval of Investment Adviser Registration Depository Filing Fees

The Securities and Exchange Commission is revising the annual and initial filing fees for Investment Adviser Registration Depository, which will take effect on January 1, 2011. Interested parties can request a hearing by December 21, 2010, to contest the new fees.
