FTC Requests OMB Extension of Telemarketing Sales Rule Information Collection Clearance
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the current clearance for information collection requirements under the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) for three years, until August 31, 2022, due to its expiration on August 31, 2019.
