U.S. Customs and Border Protection and APHIS Launch Pilot Test for Electronic Submission of Lacey Act Import Declaration Data

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) are launching a pilot test to assess the International Trade Data System for electronic submission of Lacey Act import declaration data, primarily for plant and paper products, using the APHIS Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set and the Automated Commercial Environment.
