National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to Hold Meetings on Salmonella Control and Shiga Toxin-producing E. coli

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods will convene meetings on September 9-11, 2015, to discuss strategies for controlling Salmonella in poultry and the virulence factors of Shiga Toxin-producing E. coli, a severe foodborne pathogen.
