USDA Modifies RAVG Program Regulations to Improve Water Systems in Rural and Native Alaskan Villages

The USDA is revising its Rural Alaska Village Grant (RAVG) Program regulations to streamline processes and improve water and sanitation systems in rural and Native Alaskan Villages, with grants to be provided directly to the villages or in partnership with state and tribal agencies.
