Cotton Board Adjusts Supplemental Assessment on Imports Amid 2015 Amendments

The Cotton Research and Promotion Program is proposing to decrease the value assigned to imported cotton for calculating supplemental assessments, a change required annually to ensure assessments on imported and domestically produced cotton are consistent.
