USDA Approves Field Testing of Swine Influenza Vaccine, H1N1 & H3N2, Modified Live Virus

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has prepared an environmental assessment for the field testing of a swine influenza vaccine, concluding that it will not have a significant impact on the human environment, and plans to authorize shipment and issue a U.S. Veterinary Biological Product license if field test data support the conclusions.
