VSTA Proposes Amendment to Virus-Serum-Toxin Act Regulations for Pharmacovigilance Records and Reports

The US Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is proposing to update the Virus-Serum-Toxin Act regulations to require veterinary biologics licensees and permittees to submit adverse event reports for biological products, replacing a previously withdrawn proposed rule.
