San Bernardino National Forest to Prepare Joint EIR/EIS for Southern California Gas and Electric and San Diego Gas and Electric North-South Project

The US Forest Service and California Public Utilities Commission are planning to jointly prepare an Environmental Impact Report and Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed North-South Project, a joint venture between Southern California Gas Company and San Diego Gas and Electric.
