Monsanto Co. Announces Nonregulated Status for Genetically Engineered Maize

Monsanto has determined that its genetically engineered maize, designed to protect against corn rootworm and resist glyphosate herbicide, is no longer considered a regulated article, following evaluation of submitted data and public comments.
