US Organic Products Exempt from Commodity Promotion Law Assessments

The US government has implemented a new rule exempting organic products from assessments under the Commodity Promotion Law, expanding eligibility to all organic and 100% organic products certified under the National Organic Program, regardless of their production or marketing activities.
