Department of Labor Seeks Comments on Proposed Extension of Wage and Hour Division Information Collection Requirements

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend the approval of the Information Collection: Records to be kept by Employers--Fair Labor Standards Act, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
