Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Functional Affirmative Action Programs Agreement Approval Process to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a revised information collection request for the Functional Affirmative Action Programs Agreement Approval Process, which will replace an earlier version published in 2019, and is required for use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
