US Department of Homeland Security Increases H-2B Visa Limitation for FY 2019

The US Department of Homeland Security has decided to increase the numerical limitation on H-2B nonimmigrant visas to 30,000, allowing for the issuance of supplemental visas to employers who attest to suffering irreparable harm, only for workers granted H-2B status in 2016, 2017, or 2018.
