DOL Submits Mine Safety and Health Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on a Mine Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request for training plans, new miner training, and newly hired experienced miner training, which is due for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
