Final Rules Expand Affordable Healthcare Options for Working Men and Women

The Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service are finalizing rules to make individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and other account-based group health plans more accessible to working families, allowing them to integrate these plans with individual health insurance coverage or Medicare, while also clarifying premium tax credit eligibility for individuals offered an HRA.
