Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement Hearing Procedures to OMB for Review

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request, 'Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement Administrative Law Judge Administrative Hearing Procedures', which will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
