Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefits Security Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an information collection request related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 Investment Manager Electronic Registration, which is currently being reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget for continued use.
