Mine Safety and Health Administration Reinstates 2017 Regulations for Mine Examinations

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is reviving rules for inspecting workplaces in metal and nonmetal mines, following a court order, after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit mandated the reinstatement on August 23, 2019, following an order on June 11, 2019.
