Department of Labor Requests Comments on Renewal of Form CC-4 for Employment Discrimination Complaints

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on its proposal to renew the Office of Management and Budget approval of Form CC-4, a complaint form for federal contractors and subcontractors accused of employment discrimination, which is set to expire on May 31, 2020.
