Department of Labor Solicits Comments on Proposed Revision to Authority for State Unemployment Insurance Information Technology Modernization Projects

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is seeking public comments on a proposed revision to its authority to collect information from state governments for modernizing their unemployment insurance information technology systems, in an effort to reduce paperwork and burden, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
