US Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor Jointly Issue Final Rule to Modernize Labor Market Test for H-2B Foreign Workers

The US Department of Homeland Security and the US Department of Labor are issuing a final rule to update the labor market test for temporary foreign workers in H-2B nonimmigrant status, allowing employers to post job openings on electronic job registries instead of print newspapers, and expanding the reach of these job postings to a wider audience.
