Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for H-2B Nonimmigrant Worker Attestation

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on a new information collection form, ETA-9142-B-CAA-3, which requires employers seeking to hire H-2B nonimmigrant workers to attest to their compliance with certain regulations under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2019.
