Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Prohibited Transaction Exemption to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Employee Benefits Security Administration-sponsored information collection request related to a prohibited transaction exemption for certain transactions between investment companies and employee benefit plans, which is set to be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
