The Dreyfus Corporation, et al. Seek to Amend Sub-Advisory Agreement Rules

The Dreyfus Corporation, et al. have submitted a request to the regulatory body to amend a prior order, allowing them to enter into and modify sub-advisory agreements with non-affiliated sub-advisers without shareholder approval, and to grant relief from certain disclosure requirements.
