EPA Approves Bristol Area for Attainment of 2008 Lead NAAQS

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a determination that the Bristol nonattainment area in Tennessee has met the 2008 lead national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), exempting it from submitting certain air quality plans and allowing it to avoid additional regulations.
