EPA Submits Renewal of Worker Protection Standards for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Worker Protection Standards for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, a set of regulations aimed at protecting workers from hazardous waste sites, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
