EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement Agreement for Federal Creosote Superfund Site in New Jersey

The US Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a settlement agreement with Rustic Mall, LLC and Joseph Wilf to pay for response costs at the Federal Creosote Superfund Site in Manville, New Jersey, and is seeking public comments for 30 days.
