Indian Health Service Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection Form

The Indian Health Service is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection form, IHS Sharing What Works--BPPPLE Form, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
