EPA Clarifies Microbial Pesticide Definitions and Applicability

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule clarifying the distinction between 'isolates' and 'strains' in microbial pesticides, as well as revising regulatory text and announcing the availability of a new test guideline to enhance industry efficiency in managing microbial pesticide registration submissions.
