EPA Seeks Comments on Waiver Requests for Renewable Fuel Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on letters submitted by the governors of Arkansas and North Carolina requesting a waiver of the renewable fuel standard, which would exempt them from meeting national volume requirements if it would cause significant economic or environmental harm.
