NYSE Extends Pilot Program for Rule 123C(9)(a)(1) Until June 1, 2011

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to extend the operation of a pilot program under NYSE Rule 123C(9)(a)(1) until June 1, 2011, as per the notice filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
