City of Flint to Settle Delphi Flint West Site Contamination with Proposed Administrative Agreement

The City of Flint has agreed to settle contamination at the Delphi Flint West Site, also known as Chevy in the Hole, by conducting environmental remediation and releasing the company from liability under the RCRA, with the agreement to be finalized in the coming weeks.
