EPA Approves Delaware's Plan for 2008 Lead Air Quality Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Delaware, which meets the Clean Air Act's infrastructure requirements to implement and enforce the 2008 lead national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS).
