EPA Finalizes Amendments to Petroleum Refinery Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries, which were originally promulgated in 2008, and technical corrections to address concerns raised by petitions for reconsideration.
