EPA Amends Exemption for Polyoxin D Zinc Salt Fungicide on Various Food Commodities

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended an existing exemption for residues of polyoxin D zinc salt, a fungicide used on multiple food crops, to include all food commodities, eliminating the need for a maximum permissible level under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
